Here's a step-by-step guide to use Speed Ramping and Audio Speed Adjustment in Filmora 14:

🎥 Part 1: Speed Ramping (Slow Motion & Fast Motion Effects)

🔹 Step 1: Open Filmora 14 & Import Media

Open Filmora 14.

Click on "Import" to bring your video clip into the Media Library.

Drag the video onto the Timeline.

🔹 Step 2: Open Speed Ramping

Right-click on the video clip in the Timeline.

Select "Speed" > "Speed Ramping".

OR select the clip and click the "Speed" icon on the timeline toolbar, then choose "Speed Ramping".

🔹 Step 3: Apply a Speed Ramping Preset or Customize

You will see several presets like:

Montage

Hero Moment

Bullet Time

Flash In

Custom

Click on a preset to apply.

For custom speed ramping, drag the white speed points to adjust the speed (faster or slower) across different parts of the clip.

🔹 Step 4: Preview & Adjust

Use the playback controls to preview.

Fine-tune by adjusting the curves and keyframes.

🔹 Step 5: Apply Changes

Once satisfied, click “OK” to apply the speed ramp.

🔊 Part 2: Change Audio Speed

🔹 Step 1: Detach Audio (Optional but Recommended)

Right-click the video clip.

Choose “Detach Audio” to separate the audio and video tracks.

Now the audio is on a separate track for independent speed control.

🔹 Step 2: Change Audio Speed

Right-click the audio clip in the Timeline.

Select "Speed and Duration".

A dialog box will open.

Increase or decrease the speed percentage to make the audio play faster or slower.

Example: 200% = 2x faster, 50% = half speed.

🔹 Step 3: Adjust Pitch (If Needed)

By default, changing the speed will also change the pitch.

If you want the pitch to remain normal:

Check the "Maintain Pitch" option.

🔹 Step 4: Apply & Preview

Click OK.

Play back the timeline to check the result.

✅ Final Step: Export the Video

Click Export.

Choose your format and resolution.

Click Export again to save your edited video.

👉 Note:

Filmora 14 has enhanced speed ramping compared to earlier versions. Make sure your version is updated to access all new presets and smoother curve adjustments.
